We provide much more than meal plans. We give you access to our proven meal that teaches you how to finish your food prep day in under an hour. Then, on your meal day, you simply reheat your prepared meals or cook your dishes in under 30 minutes.
Your food prep day will be the day that you designate to prep all of your food for the week. This could be Sunday, or it could be Wednesday, depending on what fits your schedule. On this day, you will follow our proven prep system to get your week’s worth of meals prepped in 60 minutes (or less!).
Meal day is going to be the day that you eat the meal you prepped on your prep day. Each week you will have a menu created for you for the week (or you can create your own) that designates what day you will eat each meal.
Yes! Our system is fully customizable for the number of people you are feeding, whether it be just yourself or a family of 20.
So many of us come to a real food style of eating to save ourselves from health issues and find it tough without the support of our family. For this very reason, we have created a community where you can share your struggles and interact with people, just like you, who are also going it alone. In addition, when you learn our system, you can prep meals to keep you on track while your family follows their own diet plans.

While we encourage people to buy the best quality food they can afford, our system does not require you to purchase all organic, all grass-fed, etc. No matter how big or small your budget is, you will save money with 20 Dishes by saving time (since you won’t be slaving away in the kitchen all week) and wasted food (since everything you buy at the store will be used that week).
