Bacon Herb Spaghetti Squash "Pasta" Salad
Ingredients:
- 0.50 c Fresh Oregano chopped
- 0.50 lb Bacon cooked and chopped
- 1 Spaghetti Squash
- 3 tbsp Bacon Grease
- 0.50 tsp Sea Salt
- 0.50 tsp Dried Thyme
- 0.50 tsp Celery Salt
- 0.25 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 0.25 tsp Dried Sage
Instructions:
- Chop oregano. Set aside.
- In a small bowl, combine sea salt, thyme, celery salt, pepper, and sage.
- Once spaghetti squash is cool, use a fork to remove spaghetti squash strands. Place strands in a large bowl.
- Add spice mix, oregano and bacon, stirring to combine. Cover and place in refrigerator for several hours or until completely chilled.
- Remove from refrigerator and serve chilled.
