Caribbean Sweet Potato and Bean Stew
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Sweet Potatoes about 2 sweet potatoes, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1 c Onions 1 onion, sliced
- 2 c Green Beans cut
- 14 oz Canned Black Beans 1 can, drained and rinsed
- 1.5 c Vegetable Broth
- 2 tsp Jerk Seasoning
- 0.50 tsp Dried Thyme
- 0.50 tsp Sea Salt
- 0.25 tsp Cinnamon
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in slow cooker, stirring to combine.
- Cover and cook on low 4 hours.
