Instant Pot Cilantro Lime Rice

  • Chop cilantro. Set aside.
  • Rinse rice well and add to Instant Pot.
  • Add bay leaves and water.
  • Select "RICE" setting and cook tfor 10 minutes.
  • When cook time done, quick release steam and carefully remove lid. Remove bay leaves and discard.
  • Add olive oil, lime juice, salt, and cilantro. Stir well to combine.
  • Serve immediately.
