Kale, Mushroom, & Butternut Squash Hash
Ingredients:
- .25 bunches Kale chopped
- 0.25 c Onions yellow, sliced
- 0.25 c Mushrooms sliced
- 0.25 c Butternut Squash cubed
- 2 tbsp Avocado Oil
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- .5 tsp Onion Powder
- .5 tsp Garlic Powder
Instructions:
- Heat the skillet over medium heat and add avocado oil.
- Add the butternut squash, mushrooms, and onions to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the kale to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt, garlic, and onion powders.
- Remove from heat and serve.
