Korean Ground Beef Bowl
Ingredients:
- .25 cup Brown Sugar
- .25 cup Coconut Aminos Or Tamari or soy sauce
- 2 tsp Sesame Oil
- .5 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
- .25 tsp Ground Ginger
- 1 tbsp Avocado Oil
- 3 cloves Garlic minced or pressed
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- .25 bunches Green Onions 2 stalks, chopped
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, whisk together brown sugar, tamari, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, and ginger.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook, stirring constantly, until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes, making sure to crumble the beef as it cooks; drain excess fat.
- Stir in tamari mixture and green onions until well combined, allowing to simmer until heated through, about 2 minutes.
- Serve immediately, garnished with green onions
