Lentils with Carrots
Ingredients:
- 3 c Vegetable Broth
- 1 c Brown Lentils dried, rinsed and sorted
- 1 c Carrots 2 carrots, chopped
- 1 oz Shallots 1 shallot, chopped
- .5 c Celery 1 stalk, chopped
- 0.25 tsp Dried Thyme
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 0.50 tsp Ground Black Pepper
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in slow cooker, stirring to combine Cover and cook on high 3 hours.
