Slow Cooker Cilantro Lime Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 6 tbsp Fresh Cilantro chopped
  • 16 oz Salsa
  • 1 tbsp Cumin
  • 2 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 2 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts halves

Instructions:

  • Place the salsa, cumin, lime juice, and cilantro in bottom of slow cooker. Stir to combine.
  • Add the chicken breasts to slow cooker. Stir to completely cover chicken with salsa mixture.
  • Place lid on slow cooker and set to low. Cook for 6 to 8 hours or until chicken is cooked through and shreds easily using 2 forks.
  • In the slow cooker, shred chicken into bite-size pieces. Stir to combine with salsa.
  • Turn off slow cooker and let cool for several minutes. Serve with your favorite side dish.
