Ingredients

  • 2 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 0.25 lb bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.50 tsp dried dill
  • 0.50 tsp ground black pepper
  • 0.50 tsp sea salt
  • 8 oz cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to slow cooker except cream cheese and cook on “low” setting for 4-6 hours.
  2. Shred chicken and return to slow cooker with cream cheese.
  3. Cook additional 5-10 minutes or until cream cheese warms and starts to melt. Mix everything in slow cooker.
