  • 4 oz blue cheese crumbles
  • 0.25 c mayonnaise
  • 0.25 c sour cream
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 0.50 tsp ground black pepper
  • 0.50 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.50 tsp yellow mustard dried

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  2. Shred chicken and stir.
