Vegetable Curry
Ingredients:
- 1.5 lb Potatoes 4 potatoes,chopped
- 3 c Cauliflower florets
- 1.5 c Green Peas frozen, 10 ounces
- 1 c Onions 1 onion, chopped
- 5 oz Bell Peppers 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 Tomatoes chopped
- 1 c Carrots 2 carrots, chopped
- 6 oz Tomato Paste 1 can
- 0.50 c Water
- 2 tsp Cumin
- 0.50 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 0.50 tsp Ground Black Pepper
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Stir to blend.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3 hours.
