Instructions:
Heat the skillet over medium heat and add avocado oil.
Add the butternut squash, mushrooms, and onions to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the kale to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt, garlic, and onion powders.
Remove from heat and serve.
