Curry Thyme Turkey Patties
Ingredients:
- 1 c Onions small, roughly chopped
- 4 cloves Garlic peeled
- 2 tbsp Turmeric
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 tsp Ground Ginger
- 1 tsp Ground Cloves
- 1 tsp Yellow Mustard
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tbsp Full Fat Canned Coconut Milk
- 1 lb Ground Turkey
- 1 tbsp Dried Thyme
- 0.25 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
Instructions:
- In the bowl of a food processor, add onion, garlic, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, mustard, cumin, and coconut milk. Process until a smooth to make a curry paste.
- In a large bowl, combine 1-1/2 tbsp curry paste, ground turkey, thyme, and salt. Form turkey mixture into 4 patties.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt coconut oil. Place turkey patties in skillet and cook for approximately 4 minutes. Turn patties over and cook an additional 4 minutes or until cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
- Remove from heat. Serve with your favorite side dish.
